We accept returns only for damaged or incorrect items. If your order arrives with an issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
To start a return, simply reach out to our support team at support@goattouche.com with your order number and a clear photo of the item. Once approved, we’ll cover the return shipping costs and arrange your replacement or refund.
